Agile Lean Europe (XP2011 Gathering, 1st update)

I had a feeling people would respond positively to our initiative of the Agile Lean Europe network. But I didn’t expect it would launch out of the gate like a rollercoaster! No less than 28 European countries have joined the ALE network. We’re already 1 country bigger than the European Union! 🙂

There are only 3 things each country needs to do:

  1. Self-organize with the local Agile and Lean communities.
  2. Discuss the questions I mentioned in my previous post.
  3. Send one or more representatives to XP2011 in Madrid.

I have no preference for how people self-organize. My main concern is that Agile/Lean people in each country are happy with how they are represented at XP2011. But they can decide among themselves what to do.

These are the results so far…
